What happens if the battery dies whilst closed?
The NFC lock operates for 6,000 uses on 2 x AA batteries. After a low battery warning, it allows about 100 more uses. If the batteries completely run out, it automatically unlocks to prevent lockout.

Yes, all PHANTOM furniture can be unlocked using your phone and dedicated app.

Due to high demand, orders are currently fulfilled in monthly batches, to keep our quality high. If you order by March 25th, expect delivery by April 29th.
Orders after the 25th of March are expected to be delivered by the 20th of May.
